Well, he did it! My little brother Ronak has graduated from medical school. I’m so very proud of him. It was such a great weekend spending time with family and celebrating his accomplishment. The day couldn’t have been more perfect. Gorgeous weather, great family, delicious food and loads of fun!

I have a confession — I love brunch parties as much as I love cocktail parties so when my daughter said, “Maa, I want to throw you a mother’s day brunch party” it was gift in itself. Though it meant I’d do most of the work, who says there’s a “right way” to celebrate mother’s day? I’m allowed to do what I love, and that is to entertain in style!

On the day of the party, Saheli greeted all of her little guests at the door and escorted them to her fancy fashion boutique, so that they can all get fancy-fied in their darling tutus couture, fluffy feather boas, pretty hairbands, pearl necklaces, sparkling rings, bracelets, purses and more… for a show stopping fashion show.
